Youth Club Christmas Party

Our Youth Group here had a Christmas Party that turned out to be really fun. First we all gathered and went caroling. At first we were making it an option if people wanted to go caroling or not... but since there wasn't a lot of us that were totally willing to go, someone wise made an executive decision and made EVERYONE go! It actually turned out to be really nice and I think most people enjoyed it even more than what they thought that they would. The only awkward thing was that every house we sang at they always wanted to give us money. Here, there are a lot of charities that come by door to door asking for donations, people just couldn't get it through their heads that we were just singing to sing! Hopefully that made a different sort of impact, not just a strange one. haha

After we were through caroling, we all gathered in our youth room at the church for refreshments and played Yankee Swap! No one was really stealing any gifts from anyone though until the very end. I think almost everyone had a gift swapped. It was a very fun night.
