Mindy's Visit

Towards the end of September Alisa's best friend from high school, Mindy, came over to visit for a few days. It was a great visit and a nice change for Alisa to have a close friend. We were able to go to Kylemore Abbey where we saw a wall of water coming towards us and we dashed up the hill and hung out in one of the glass houses until the shower passed. Another girl from the church, Elle, was able to come with us as well, which was great. We went to the Cliffs of Moher where Alisa forgot to bring a hair tie, so we ended up trying to share one so that we would have a decent, non-crazy hair photo. We also did some shopping in which the only thing I bought was underwear for Elisha and diapers for Silas. Mindy was also able to see what we do at the church every week. It was great to see her and to hear what is going on in her life as a lot of things are pretty crazy right now with her job situation and her housing situation. Anyway, we were so glad that she could come and the only thing wrong about her visit was that it was too short.
